Key Benefits:
About Kostisha
Where pets are family, and family deserves the best. Meet Kostisha (ቆስጢሻ), the heartbeat of our company: the beautiful dog who stole our hearts, and the proud, family-owned brand built in her honor.
Our Mission
Inspired by the legacy of our beloved Kostisha, our mission is to deliver the absolute best in pet care, products, and support so that every dog can experience a truly safe, healthy, and abundant life.
Our Vision
To let our dogs have healthy, happy, safe, and decent life.
Our Motto
“Driven by Our Love for Pets!”
Our Story
It began with one puppy, on one Easter Sunday.
Our Heartbeat
Kostisha (ቆስጢሻ)
Our story began on Easter Sunday, April 25, 2011, when a tiny, three-week-old puppy joined our family. It was absolute love at first sight. As Kostisha grew, she didn’t just share our home; she shared our adventures, eventually traveling abroad with us.
While living and traveling internationally, we witnessed a beautiful reality: a world where dogs have access to everything they need to thrive. Kosta experienced the very best of it: 24/7 world-class medical care, premium pet products, expert training, daycare and specialized services. Seeing her live such a vibrant, fulfilled life sparked a realization in us. Every single dog deserves that exact same level of love, care, and abundance.
Kostisha is a proud, family-owned business born from that exact vision. Driven by a deep, long-lasting compassion for pets, we are dedicated to ensuring that your four-legged family members get the life they truly deserve. Every item in our collection is carefully curated with the same love, thought, and attention to detail that we gave to our beloved Kosta.
In Loving Memory
Kostisha · 2011 – 2026
On July 20, 2026, just weeks before the official launch of our projects, our sweet Kostisha peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge. While our hearts are broken, her spirit remains the driving force behind everything we do. We have poured our grief, our love, and our memories into building this dream.
Today, we dedicate all of our projects entirely to her memory. Every service we offer, every product we select, and every wagging tail we greet is a living tribute to the little puppy who changed our lives forever on Easter Sunday in 2011.
Dogs aren’t just pets. They are family, and family deserves the best.

Our Story & Family
Meet the dog and the family behind Kostisha, and the legacy that shapes every product we make.
The Kostisha Story
Kostisha was the beautiful dog who stole our hearts, and this brand is a celebration of her legacy and the unexplainable happiness she brought into our lives. She crossed the rainbow bridge on July 20, 2026, just weeks before our launch, and every project we build today is dedicated entirely to her memory.
A tiny, three-week-old puppy who joined our family on Easter Sunday, April 25, 2011. She grew up sharing our home and our adventures, traveling abroad with us, and she is the reason this brand exists.
Betty built Kostisha as a proud, family-owned business, out of a wish to give every dog in Ethiopia the same safe, healthy and abundant life that Kosta knew.
